We aim to strengthen organizations as a local management tool to ensure the sustainability of actions in the long term. Through leadership and conflict mediation training, the formalization of associations, finances, access to credit and the management of production chains, we aim to achieve greater autonomy of associations in the territory.

We facilitate business models that promote sustainable, competitive and inclusive development by leveraging natural and cultural capital, combining innovation with local knowledge in the Gran Chaco region.

Goals

How do we do it?

Based on the study of the reality and characteristics of the communities, we promote the formation of organizations that emerge from local leadership, jointly designing the strategy for management and conflict resolution.

Through activities led by key players in the topics, we promote the development of the institutional and commercial capacity of organizations and the improvement of the operational dynamics of their networking.

We promote associations as an organizational model with training programs that add value to artisanal, agricultural and silvopastoral products through technological innovation and improved production and marketing techniques.
