At the Women 20 kick-off meeting in South Africa, world leaders explored how rural women can drive sustainability, equity and innovation across economies. Artivists, gallery of paris of Latin american art and Matriarch, a cooperative of women artisans, together with Fundación Gran Chaco, organized an exhibition of native art in Paris. In the framework of the project Impact Green, with the goal of making the textile production of the Gran Chaco argentino to build business alliances and spread the craft chaco in Europe.
The Cooperative of Artisan Women of the Gran Chaco began with eight women in 2005, and today, with 2600 members, sell their products abroad. Jessica Sosa, their leader, explains the collective learning. He did it in the Forum Gli Latam, which seeks to boost investment with a focus on gender, and that was this week’s edition in Buenos Aires. The note reads full Profile here.
