We aim to incorporate technology and develop the organizational capacity of producers to be able to access marketing opportunities. In each sector, a diagnosis is made and intervention is carried out at strategic stages to resolve the most critical aspects.
We promote spaces for regional encounter, articulation and collective action that strategically and operationally integrate different grassroots organizations, institutions and local governments, companies and entrepreneurs.
Goals
- Make visible the productive capacity of the Gran Chaco region to add value.
- Generate results in terms of impact, strengthening and developing triple-impact business ecosystems.
- Incorporate essential technologies that improve the productive capacity and quality of life of those who work in the chain.
How do we do it?
We developed a model that we call 'Networked Business Ecosystem', which is based on ecosystems in which the different production chains and different types of knowledge are interrelated. The different initiatives come together in 4 main ecosystems: Access to work, Native Forest, Crafts and Livestock Grazing.
