Objectives
- Drive the transformation of beekeeping in the Chaco region in the context of climate change through the strategic adoption of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
- Strengthen the organizational capacity of beekeeping families in the region, highlighting the role of women in the chain.
- Promote an investment ecosystem for local innovation in the beekeeping sector.
Within the framework of the strategic alliance with El Futuro Está En El Monte, our focus is on strengthening producer associations, developing projects, facilitating access to credit, providing access to Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for business scaling, and promoting adaptation to climate change.
We propose a resilient beekeeping approach by combining Ecosystem-based Adaptation with Community-based Adaptation (ABC). This involves valuing the knowledge, wisdom, and experience that local communities have acquired to address climate-related challenges.
