Our aim is to strengthen organizations as tools for local management to ensure the sustainability of actions in the long term. Through training in leadership and conflict mediation, formalizing associations, financial education, access to credit, and supply chain management, we strive to achieve greater autonomy for associations in the territory.
We facilitate business models that promote sustainable, competitive, and inclusive development by valuing natural and cultural capital, combining innovation with local knowledge in the Gran Chaco region.
Objectives
- Consolidate grassroots organizations and local leadership as a strategy for local development.
- Showcase the productive and innovative potential of indigenous and Creole women's organizations and associations.
- Strengthen networks of indigenous and Creole organizations in the region to benefit producers in the Argentinean Gran Chaco.
Based on the study of the reality and characteristics of the communities, we promote the formation of organizations arising from local leadership, jointly designing the management and conflict resolution strategy. Through activities led by key actors in the themes, we foster the development of institutional and commercial capacity for organizations and improve the operational dynamics of their networked work. We encourage associativism as an organizational model with training programs that add value to their artisanal, agricultural, and silvopastoral products through technological innovation and improved production and marketing techniques.
