The initiative promotes strengthening of the accessibility to services, justice and care on the part of rural and indigenous women in a situation of gender-based violence in the municipalities of Rivadavia Banda Norte, Rivadavia Banda Sur, and Santa Victoria, through the creation of a network of facilitators territorial legal bilingual, in the framework of the Initiative Spotlight.

The intent of this network is that women, in addition to being promoters of rights in addressing the situations of violence and discrimination for reasons of gender, are enabling territorial legal bilingual improve the accessibility of women to the justice system.
In this sense, it helps to improve the quality and accessibility of justice services, and that the women of this network are the intermediaries between the women in a situation of gender-based violence, their family members, and justice, from the perspective of the intercultural.
