Access to Employment
Through this program, we aim to empower rural and indigenous youth in the Gran Chaco region to access quality employment opportunities. Their involvement in both community organizations and territorial activities is crucial in bridging the gaps and inequalities that these populations face in accessing rights. The goal is to create a space for guidance and introduction to the world of work that allows them to identify their own employment project in relation to their life project, rather than solely based on market needs.
Objectives
- Strengthen youth in the Gran Chaco for access to employment.
- Empower them with digital tools and access to ICT.
- Encourage and empower rural youth to be protagonists in community productive life.
How do we do it?
Through collaboration with stakeholders such as the Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Security of the Nation and the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO), we promote the employment of young workers in quality jobs through Introduction to Work Courses (CIT) and Employability Access Courses (CAE). In these spaces, we cover topics related to labor rights, various job search techniques, and the use of ICT.
